REGULATE

In textile manufacturing processes, many factors influence the productivity and quality of the yarn. The main task of air conditioning and filtration systems is to keep these factors under control to achieve the highest profit from the installed production capacity.

Humidity-Temperature Transmitter HTT

For measurement in air-conditioned rooms and air ducts. Features sensor protection against the textile production environment.

Range: 0-100% RH and 0-50 °C
Accuracy: ± 1.5% RH, if calibrated with Luwa calibration tool
Output: 2 x 0(4)-20mA / 0(2)-10V
Power supply: 24VDC or 220 VAC

Temperature Transmitter TT

Ideally suited for distributed temperature measurements in the production spaces. Avoids hot spots and lack of data density.

Range: -50 °C - 400 °C
Accuracy: ± 0.2 °C
Output: 1 x 0(4)-20mA / 0(2)-10V
Power supply: 24VDC or 220 VAC

Differential Pressure Transmitter DPGT

Allows precise assessment of filter performance.

Range: -2500 - +2500Pa
Accuracy: +/- 0.5% (pos) of entire measuring range
Output: 1 x 0(4)-20mA / 0(2)-10V / 2 x relay contact
Power supply: 24VDC or 100 - 240VAC
