Multi Cell Filter MCV

Multi Cell Filter ( MCV ) is built up as Filter Wall with automatic cleaning system in an Air Handling Unit for the filtration of the return air for efficient recirculation when sought for.

Rotary Air Filter / Drum Filter

Rotary Drum Filter is proven system in the Luwa’s product line over decades and efficient fine filtration system.

Texfog System – Air Handling Unit

In Feminine Hygiene, there is an equal importance to maintain the right ambiance within the process, yes the right Relative Humidity and Temperature improves the process and efficient operator workability. Luwa has the option to integrate the Filter System with the High Efficiency Texfog system which is specifically designed in 100% Stainless Steel / High Quality Plastic interiors to make sure no chances of rusting and this air washer do not have a stagnant water tank to ensure no fungal growth possibilities.

The Luwa TexFog system is a high-pressure humidification system for special applications in textiles and nonwovens.

Waste Management System

The Waste Management is critical part of the system based on the end use of the waste collected. Luwa offers to collect the Waste in Compact Form using Fibre Compactor / Waste Seperator / Bale Press / Briquette Press.
